The Mullins Group and Core Campus Chicago have proposed the most ambitious mixed-use project ever on State Street. The 450,000- to 490,000-square-foot building on 1.6 acres of land would vary between one and four stories and step back to 12 stories. "The Hub" would include:

Domain Apartment Project - West Dayton/West Johnson Streets

Construction is under way for a $40 million apartment building at the corner of West Dayton and West Johnson Streets.

Edgewater Hotel

An extensive renovation of the Edgewater Hotel project is now underway. This $98 million project will include:

Just off the capitol square in the heart of Madison's central business district, Judge Doyle Square encompasses Block 88 (Madison Municipal Building) and Block 105 (Government East Parking Ramp). Two developers are competing for the right to develop the project.
